Before we can begin work, we need a bit of information from you. More than a bit, actually, but the Intake Form shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes to fill out. The info you provide ensures that every article is tailored to your specific goals, voice, and audience, and unless you decide to change directions down the road, you only have to fill it out once.

What happens next
After you submit your Intake Form, I will review your details and begin outlining and drafting your article(s). You don’t need to do anything else unless you hear from us.
We will contact you if we need clarification on anything.
Delivery timeline
Once the Intake Form has arrived and any questions I have (if any) are handled, your project will commence.
At this point, I will send you a confirmation email that I’ve started on your job. The finished work will then arrive within the normal delivery window (3 business days).
Revisions
Your order includes two rounds of revisions per article if needed. We’ll work with you to make sure everything is accurate, polished, and aligned with your goals.
We will get your revisions back to you within 3 business days. If they are relatively simple and straightforward, it will usually be a quicker turnaround.
NOTE: There may be times you want to slightly change or restate something to be 100% in keeping with your style, voice, sense of humor, etc.. This, btw, is normal in the world of content creation.
Though I make every effort to align with your style and voice, I cannot read your mind. 😬
Therefore, when it comes to minor corrections, such as tweaks to wording here or there, you may find it faster, easier (and better) to DIY (Do It Yourself).
A quick note on word counts and AI checkers
Just so you’re not caught off guard later, I wanted to make you aware of something that may be important to you. It’s like this: different word-count tools all measure text differently.
Some count bullets, headers, hyphens, and spacing as “words,” others don’t. That means the same article can show 650 words in one tool and 1,100 in another. Totally normal.
What matters these days is the actual depth and completeness of the piece — and every article you get from me is written to deliver the scope and substance of an 800–1,000-word authority article, regardless of what any counter says. This is 100% in alignment with Google’s best practices, too, so if you’re worried about SEO, don’t. You’re good!
NOTE: Formulaic, mechanistic tools like Rank Math and Yoast are no longer of much value in today’s SEO environment. FYI. These tools have other capabiltities beyond SEO, so I am not saying they are totally useless. I, for example, use Rank Math for certain things even today. But not for SEO purposes.
And now a heads-up about AI detectors: they’re notoriously unreliable!
Even clean, well-structured, human-written content gets flagged all the time because those tools assume anything polished must be AI. I know this from repeated, ugly, frustrating personal experience.
Because of this, the SEO industry has already moved past them.
Bottom line: articles from WMS are crafted with real editorial oversight, a human brain at the wheel, and your goals front and center — not by some automated content mill.
